The room was large, 2 queen beds and a sofa. The bed was comfortable and had the abundance of various pillows that seems to be the norm now. The room was quiet, maybe no neighbors, but could only hear faint footsteps from above. There was a refrigerator in the room as well. There was a small coffee nook and a huge bathroom with the strongest water pressure in a hotel shower I think I can remember. All good. The plus of this place was the staff. The check in girl was friendly, and quick, but the morning staff in the breakfast room were fabulous. I wish I had caught the names, but the main woman checked with everyone to make sure that everyone had what they wanted, or needed. She was delightful and friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, more than many places have this day., Eggs sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal and milk, yogurt, fruit, several different breads to toast, muffins, juices, coffee. Everything was hot, and there were 2 kinds of sausage kielbasa type, and a large maybe maple flavored?? not just the little links. There was something for everyone I think. This place was just great for one night, there is a large indoor pool open from7 AM to 11PM. We did not use it, but looked nice. They even had a chair for disabled guests to enter the pool. I would be glad to stay again. The room was clean, bedding clean and fresh, no complaints. Remember, this is not a $200.00 a night hotel, so don't equate it with that, but for a pleasant place to stay for a night, it was great!

We stayed here for 2 nights to do some sightseeing in Paducah and Metropolis. This hotel is extremely nice. Room had all we could ask for, except there was no freezer section in the refrigerator for us to refreeze our ice packs. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the darling pancake maker. Just push the button and it makes two fresh pancakes. No messy batter to fool with. Scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy, and served with smoked sausage. Second morning there were cheese omelets. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping refreshed the room on the 1st day, made the bed and brought fresh towels and soap, unlike some other hotels that are no longer doing that. There could have been a longer counter for the sink. Not much space we to put essentials. Shower had great water pressure. Close to the highway, easy on and off. Nice pool and exercise room as well. Oh, and cookies in the evening! Definitely would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights during Quilt Week. We were not familiar with this hotel brand, but they made a very good first impression! Convenient location; friendly staff; clean facility; wide selection of TV station; many near-by restaurants. The hotel offered a time for the quilters to gather, chat and have show & tell. They have nightly free cookies. The breakfast was sufficient: cereal, muffins, fruit, bagels, toast, sausage, cheese omelet, etc. When an Uber eats driver accidentally delivered out food to the Holiday Inn Express located behind this hotel, Joseph went and got the food for us, going above and beyond our expectations. Our room had a double size jetted bathtub that we loved. It was so relaxing after walking around all day! We would definitely stay again.

Our guest was quite impressed with the customer service provided to her and her children. During Christmas Eve, our guest was delayed returning to the hotel in time for complementary milk and cookies. The staff went out of their way to provide cookies and milk for the children. The staff were always kind, courteous, and helpful. My experience with the front office staff was exceptional. I was able to book and extra days stay for the same room with no problems at all. I had another family member use the same hotel a week earlier. She had a similar wonderful experience. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paducah.

Nice location. Convenient and by food and gas. I was able to drive through the parking lot and get to food and gas without issue. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was amazing and they did free breakfast in the morning that had many choices and was delicious. At 8pm they served warm cookies and milk. That was nice and unexpected. I slept amazingly here and felt very safe. There was a side door you can use your keycard on to get in and out of the hotel without going through the front lobby. That was nice for traveling with my cat. There was a small pet fee of $25 which I thought was more than fair.
